Route from Bergen to the cabin

A longer, more scenic route, recommended for those coming from abroadThis route takes you along the beautiful Hardangerfjord. The road can be narrow at times.

Note that the road in winter (November through April) can be slippery and difficult to navigate. We do not have a four-wheel drive on our car, but it is recommended if you are not used to driving on snow and ice.
The last part of the road is gravel, so low cars (sports cars, etc.) are also not recommended.
